chances and choices

faith. what is faith? faith is believing in something that you can not see but that is true. but there's a catch it is the hardest thing to hold on to it when proven wrong thousands of times. for us faith starts out as a spark. righteous desiscions make it grow so do trials. faith can either decrease or increase. faith isnt given to us. we have to choose faith. for example joseph smith for a moment had no one believing him to be true yet he chose faith and now look i have something to be writing about. great faith will lead to great things. dont get discouraged. choose faith!

the importance of retaining a remission of your sins

this morning i was listening to a general conference talk as i was getting ready. it was a fabulous talk. the talk was by elder david a. bednar it was called: always retain a remission of your sins.
not everyone on this earth has been blessed with the gift of baptism and the priesthood. god can not dwell with one that is not clean. take the time this sunday to retain a remission of sins (during sacrement) . nobody was born perfect, besides our savior, therefore we must take it upon our selves to repent. it is our duty to maintain spotless. please take advantage of the oppurtunities we have been given. and we shall stand uprighlty in the presence of god in our last day.

modest is the hottest

we dont need to show off skin to be in style. our bodies are temples. the way i see it is dress as if you were in the presence of god. in other words would you be comfortable wearing what ever it is that you are wearing in front of god. 

some of my favorite stores to shop at are: downeast basics. downeast is one of my favorites because everything they make is high quality and very modest some of my favorite pieces are from down east

also i really love forevor 21. the majority of their clothes are imoddest yet i am still able to find modest clothes. their clothes are very in style and are very afordable. 

dont get discouraged. there is no point to wear clothes that are immodest. just remeber modest is the hottest.
